Welcome to our homeowner’sEDGE Rate Explorer. This exclusive tool is for our contractor customers enrolled in our financing program. This simple tool allows you to adjust the amount you need for your contract with the homeowner using a simple slider to adjust that amount. As you slide the slider, the other figures adjust showing you the price you should charge the homeowner, What the customer’s total costs are with interest and fees and, of course, what the customer’s monthly payment will be. Please note that two of the loan products, 18-months same as cash and 4.99% for 5 years, are only available for master’sEDGE trained contractors.

Note: This is an approximate estimate based on all known factors. The rates used for calculations are based on rates issued in May of 2020 and are subject to change at anytime. This tool is to be used as a reference guide only to help you best estimate both what you should charge the customer, and ultimately the best loan product for all involved given the fees, overall costs, and monthly payment.
